Biography of CEO David C. Naylor I was born in Burbank California in 1956. I joined the U.S. Navy in 1975 and was trained as a Machinist Mate where I learned the Engine Room Procedures needed to keep a large U.S.Navy vessel Up and Running. Later in 1979, I got a job as a Building Engineer at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, CA. After that I drove a tow truck for AAA for a few years, then I got a job in manufacturing with Modern Industries in Vista, After that I was married and we had a son Davey . After leaving Modern Industries, I got a job with the City of Escondido Ca. as a Plant Mechanic at the City Water Plant. I did many safety site inspections on City sites, and started the City Safety Committee. I retired from the City of Escondido with 20 years of service, and I have relocated to Northern California, Alturas,CA |
